I would suggest that if Trent Lott has any sense he will refrain from volunteering to give a eulogy at Strom Thurmond's funeral.

At this point, what's the difference? Lott is finished. Even if he turned over all of his excess campaign funds to Operation PUSH, he'd never get another chance to weild real power. The media killed him. Republicans were too weak to defend him.
